The article examines the relationship between national anti-corruption plans and anti-corruption plans of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the context of setting tasks related to combating corruption and eliminating corruption risks in the context of martial law. Corruption risks in the execution of criminal penalties in force majeure circumstances are determined. As a conclusion, specific measures are proposed to counter corruption crimes in the penal system in the context of the introduction of military regulations.
