The article is devoted to the legal understanding of modern challenges arising in the implementation of the national project "Long and active life" in the context of the active introduction of high-tech solutions in the healthcare sector. Special attention is paid to the problems of regulatory support for digital services, genomic diagnostics, remote monitoring and new forms of interdisciplinary interaction. A special emphasis is placed on the need to adapt criminal policy to the changing nature of threats associated with the use of algorithmic systems and experimental techniques, which generally actualizes the need for an integrated approach to ensuring the legal security of individuals in the transforming biomedical space.
