Abstract (English):
The article presents an analysis of the Federal target programs of development of criminal executive system of Russia in the sphere of organization of work of the condemned. The current stage of development of the penal system is characterized by large scale of reform and significant changes in the strategic guidelines. Problems of organization of labor of prisoners received a significant development. This issue is the focus of attention. This is due to the difficult situation in the sphere of production sector related to the high level of depreciation of fixed assets and uncompetitive industrial base. Obsolete production can effectively compete with private manufacturers, which in term reduces the possibility of employing convicts. It should be noted and a full technological backwardness of production in the departmental institutions. The most promising direction of development of the productive sector of the penal system should be considered as cooperation subordinate institutions with private enterprises. The first thing to talk about the works to cover the requirements of the FPS of Russia.
