Abstract (English):
On April 13, 2017 the department of the penal law within the Business card of department project has held the traditional conference «Urgent problems of the penal law and execution of punishments» devoted to memory of professors N. A. Struchkov and M. P. Melentyev. Feature of a scientific action of this year was, first, the fact that it has been devoted to the 95 anniversary since the birth of professor N. A. Struchkov and to the 20 anniversary of assignment department of his name; secondly, for the first time this event has been held in law department of Lomonosov Moscow state university.
