The work reflects the concept and characteristics of the subjects of execution and decision-making on the application of coercive measures of a medical nature to convicts and the legal basis for their functioning; control and supervision of the implementation of compulsory medical measures applied to convicts; organizational and legal measures to increase the effectiveness of enforcement of compulsory medical measures to convicts and control over its application.
