Abstract (English):
In memory of the outstanding scientist, doctor of law, professor Nicholay A. Struchkov. These are memories of the years spent by Talgat Kurmanovich Akimzhanov in the research institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR when preparing for the dissertation under the leadership of N. A. Struchkov. Particular attention is paid to personal qualities of the great scientist.
