Abstract (English):
Protection of motherhood and the childhood in the conditions of execution of the punishment in the form of imprisonment concerning the condemned women having juvenile children requires constant special attention from the state, society and penal system.The analysis of national and international experience of legal regulation of realization of a penalty concerning the considered category of women allows to note: since 19th century till present law-making activity of the Russian state and law-enforcement practice in this sphere was dynamically improved according to political, social and economic living conditions of society; international legal acts cover specifics of conditions of keeping of the women having juvenile children in correctional facilities through a prism of recommendations about the organization of such contents and to non-use to them separate types of collectings. Combination of efforts of staff of penal institutions, scientists, psychologists, teachers, lawyers, sociologists will promote the humane attitude towards children and the condemned mothers.
