Abstract (English):
At present, the actual problem is the execution of imprisonment of juvenile convicts, patients with socially significant diseases, in the aspect of reforming the FPS of the Russian Federation. In this regard, the author presents and analyzes the statistical information of the Federal Penal Service on the incidence of this category of convicts, identified objective criteria high rate of socially significant diseases: tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis C, and sexually transmitted infections. Treatment of juvenile offenders, patients with socially significant diseases requires targeted and effective influence on key factors in young offenders ' institutions, causing and maintaining the disease. It is necessary to provide them with medical care after release from prison.
