Abstract (English):
Features of realization of the right of the convict for housing are stated, examples of the solution of the matter the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation are given, ways of implementation by convicts to imprisonment of the housing rights are described. Property rights of the housing legal relationship condemned in the sphere are considered in three aspects:from the point of view of powers of the convict as owner of premises;from the position of a legal status of the convict as employer of premises under the contract of social hiring;from the position of the convict as member of the family of the employer or owner of premises.
