Abstract (English):
In the article the author defines the tasks of operational investigative prevention, emphasizes the uniqueness of operational investigative units which have individual functions of the operational investigative activities application. The results of these functions are important for the detection, suppression and investigation of crimes. The importance of operational investigative activities in prevention of crimes committed by convicts is noted. The author analyzesthe available opportunities of the realization of operational-investigative prevention of crime committed by condemned persons whose sentence has been suspended due to pregnancy or the presence of young children.
