Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to issues of incentive impact on convicts and expediency of the development concept of incentive regulations and institutions applied to condemned persons in penal system institutions aimed at expansion of the possibilities of punishment classification, improvement of correctional impact efficiency and assurance of their successful social adaptation to life in society.
