Abstract (English):
The authors of the review note the relevance of the translation of the Criminal code of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and its importance for the development of legal science. In addition, attention is paid to the structure of the code and certain features of North Korean criminal law regulation. It is concluded that it is advisable to clarify the provisions of North Korean criminal law and carry out its comparative analysis with the provisions of the Russian legislation.
