Abstract (English):
On April 20, 2018 Penal law department of the Academy of Federal Penal Service of Russia together with the scientific and educational center “Problems of Penal law” of the law department of Moscow state university named After M. V. Lomonosov within the framework of the project “brand identity” held the all-Russian scientific and practical conference “Actual problems of Penal law and execution of sentences” dedicated to the memory of Struchkov N. A. and Melentyev M. P. During this scientific event the movie about the penal law department of the Academy of the Federal Penal Service of Russia was demonstrated, video messages to the participants of the conference from the representatives of Altay state university and the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus were shown and presentation of educational publications were demonstrated, including the Commentary to the Penal code of the Russian Federation of the team of authors included the staff of the Academy of FPS of Russia.
