At the meeting of the Dissertation Council D 203.011.03, operating on the basis of the Rostov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, July 2, 2021 Irina Minaeva defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences on the topic “Organizational and legal bases of interaction between the penal enforcement system and internal affairs bodies in the field of preventing the commission of crimes by convicted persons to punishments and other measures of a criminal legal nature not related to isolation from society” in the specialty 12.00.11 - Judicial activity, prosecutorial activities, human rights and law enforcement activities. The Dissertation Council, which met under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Doctor of Law, Professor A.V. Vardanyan, decided that the dissertation of I. S. Minaeva is a scientific qualification work, which contains a solution to a problem that is essential for the development of legal scientific knowledge, as well as scientific-based developments that contribute to improving the effectiveness of interaction between the penal enforcement system and internal affairs bodies in the field of preventing the commission of crimes by convicted persons to punishments and other measures of a criminal legal nature, not associated with isolation from society, meets the requirements established by the Regulations on the Award of Academic Degrees, as well as on the award of I.S.
