The phenomenon of the criminal punishment system
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article examines the phenomenon of the system of criminal penalties, focuses on the opinions of scientists regarding the term of the system of criminal penalties, characterizing its features, and also analyzes these features through the prism of domestic experience. As a result of the conducted research, we agree with a group of scientists who consider the system of criminal penalties as a set of criminal penalties that are in a state of various forms of interaction with each other and other legal measures. Turning to the question of the signs of the system of punishments, the author notes their variability, dependence on the development of the state and law at the moment.
