Abstract (English):
The article indicates the scientific and theoretical prerequisites and grounds for identifying models of interaction between government and civil society institutions in the implementation of programs for the re-socialization, social adaptation and social rehabilitation of convicts. The content and organizational and legal features of the actual, normative and shadow probation models are briefly outlined. Attention is drawn to the features and problems of their implementation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
