UDK 343.293 Амнистия
The article is devoted to issues arising during the implementation of the amnesty act in relation to convicts who are subject to the norms of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation. The study of the practice of applying amnesty shows that persons applying amnesty in the penal system have certain difficulties due to imperfect legislation and insufficient development of this institution.
