The article presents a determinative analysis of corruption, taking into account individual social changes that affect the existence and reproduction of the phenomenon under consideration. Noting that the criminological transformational determination of corruption takes place under the influence of a complex of factors, due to which this phenomenon undergoes changes, the author points to both negative and positive vectors of it. According to the author, the types of corruption and participants in corruption acts have undergone the greatest transformation; the state of corruption crime and measures to counter it. The main factors determining corruption are highlighted, among which: moral and psychological, ideological, legal, socio-economic, organizational and managerial, which implies the implementation of anti-corruption measures taking into account the identified determinants.
