Abstract (English):
The present study evaluates the state of socialization of those convicted of rape. 122 employees from 6 open and closed prisons, as well as 323 convicted of rape, were interviewed. The data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS 26 software. Based on the identified topical issues, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are proposed for improving the process of socialization of those convicted of rape.
