UDK 314.7 Миграция
The article presents the modern criminal challenges of migration. The opinion of scientists and politicians on the threats of illegal migration flows is demonstrated. The necessity of making political and legal decisions aimed at improving the migration sector and conducting an audit of legislation in this area of legal regulation is substantiated. It is shown that crime in the field of migration is diverse and includes the following groups of acts: directly related to violation of migration legislation; official criminal acts that contribute to illegal migration; criminally deviant forms of behavior, the subject of which is a foreign citizen located on the territory of the Russian Federation; acts committed against migrants. The presented groups form a system of crimes committed in the field of migration and form the methodological basis of the author’s institutional criminal law concept of countering them.
