Abstract (English):
The article contains the text of the author’s translation of Articles 21-24 of the current edition of Section 2 “Consideration of appeals, complaints and reports of illegal and criminal acts filed by convicts” Chapter 3 “Execution of punishments” of the Law on Prisons of the People’s Republic of China. As part of a brief comparative analysis with Russian legislation, a number of features of the consideration of appeals from convicts under Chinese law are highlighted, both in connection with disagreement with a court decision and with a crime or other offense.
