ON THE ISSUE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE CORRUPTION-DANGEROUS FUNCTIONS OF THE FEDERAL PENITENTIARY SERVICE
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The publication examines the List of corruption-related functions approved by the Order of the Federal Penitentiary Service dated September 5, 2014 No. 178-R. In the process of preparing the publication, the method of system-structural analysis was used, which made it possible to argue that the content of the List does not fully correspond to the functional specifics of the activities of institutions and bodies executing punishments, and attention is drawn to the inconsistency of its formation. The author has divided the corruption-dangerous functions fixed in the List into four independent groups. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that some of the fixed corruption-dangerous functions are quite spatial, and some duplicate each other, which indicates its imperfection. As a conclusion, the need to optimize the List of corruption-dangerous functions of the Federal Penitentiary Service is noted.

Keywords:
