Abstract (English):
The article discusses the main issues of individual educational work with convicts, taking into account the use of a well-organized pedagogical process in a team that creates the best conditions for the implementation of all its requirements. In the course of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that it is in the collective of convicts that an individual convict is learned faster and more comprehensively, while there is the possibility of continuous development of the individual, as well as the choice of the most effective means and methods for his upbringing.
